Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been a director, actress writer, producer, and educator in St. Thomas University. Anna was born in Fredericton. She is the child of the couple Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Her mother is a "English-Turkish Cypriot ex-pat" who hails originally from Britain. Anna remembers attending performances for her performances as a kid as well as watching her mother working. Anna was featured in a variety of advertisements when she was a child. Anna was able to move to Toronto so that her acting skills could improve. The actress later was able to move to Los Angeles. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, in an acting workshop.
