Liz and Emily

Liz Vassey began her acting career at 9 years old. She's since been part of more than fifty musicals and plays. at the age of 16 She made the leap from New Jersey to New York in order to be a part of the team of All My Children. Her work on the show earned her the premiere Daytime Emmy nomination. In the years since, Liz has appeared as a regular or recurring character on a total of 12 different TV shows, including ER Maximum Bob Necessary - Brotherly Love the Push Nevada Two and a Half Men FOX's live action adaptation from The Tick and most recently Season Two of the reboot of The Tick on Amazon. The most recognizable character is being the DNA Technician Wendy Simms in the TV show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. This role she held over five seasons. Liz is also well-known for her roles in films as well as pilots. She has guest-starred on many television programs. Liz's professional life isn't only acting, however, she is also a writer. She was a writer on the final season of CSI and since then has sold six television pilots, one TV movie and many other projects. The projects are currently in stages of development for NBC Freeform Universal Netflix The CW and other networks. Liz who is a lifetime running enthusiast recently made her debut director in the feature documentary The Human Race which has recently been released. This film is a documentary that focuses on runners older than 50 years of age. Liz Emmerichs, her spouse David Emmerichs, as well as their entire brood of pets and children reside in Hollywood. She also appeared as a mermaid on Flight of the Conchords and starred in the independent feature The Rift directed by Shana Sosin.
